A RESOLUTION CANVASSING RECOUNTS OF THE NOVEMBER 3, 1998,
MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS FOR THE OFFICES OF MAYOR
AND WARD FOUR COUNCIL MEMBER

WHEREAS,
the city of Elk River conducted a municipal general election on November 3,
1998; and
the results of the election have been challenged for the office of Mayor and
the office of Ward four council member; and
a recount of the votes for the office of Mayor and for the office of Ward Four
Council Member occurred on November 13, 1998; and
the vote results for the office of Mayor on November 3rd are as follows:
