Overview
At the January 9, 2007 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission asked the applicant to have the
request brought to the January 23,2007 workshop meeting. The reason for the workshop is the
Commission stated the project does not come anywhere close to the Elk Ridge Center PUD Design
Standards. The Commission will be meeting with the applicant to discuss their proposal. This discussion
should only relate to the architecture of the building and the site amenities as they pertain to the design
standards. The discussion will not be the use within the building.
. Although the meeting is open to the public, the meeting was not advertised as a Public Hearing.
