Request by: Orrin Thompson - Amendment of plat, zone
change and CUP for River Park
In December the applicant requested to postpone this item to the February 13, 2007
Planning Commission meeting in order to provide a more detailed application. The
Planning Commission continued this item to the February 13, 2007 meeting. At this time
. this application is still deemed incomplete and will not be reviewed at this time.
The Planning Commission is requested to open the public hearing, receive any comments
and close the public hearing. There will be no formal action on this application since it is
incomplete; however, because the public hearing was advertised, a public hearing needs to be
held.
Staff anticipates a completed application in the coming months, at the time that application
is completed; a public hearing will be advertised.
