Introduction/Action
At the December 18, 2007 City Council meeting the applicant requested this item be continued to the
February 20, 2007 meeting in order to complete their application. The application is still incomplete, the
applicant does not know when a complete application will be submitted. Because this item was advertised
and continued to a date specific meeting, the action is to open and close the public hearing. Once a
complete application is submitted new hearing notices will be provided.
