Introduction
The Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting was scheduled for April 30, 2007 but needs to be
cancelled and rescheduled due to some Councilmembers being unable to attend.
Discussion
After talking with Sherburne County and all the Councilmembers, it looks like Wednesday, April 18, at
6:30 p.m. is going to work for everyone.
Either Councilmember Gumphrey or Councilmember Farber must attend the meeting because there
must be at least one member at each meeting of a local board of appeal and equalization who has
attended an appeals and equalization training course developed and approved by the commissioner of
revenue within the last four years.
