EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL

Call Meetin~To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing.
Mayor Klinzing indicated that the purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss attorney
client privileged information pursuant to.MN Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(b) due to threatened
litigation
Ad;ournment
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the executive session of the Elk
River City Council at 6;55 p.m.
