RESOLUTION 07- 23
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT MEMORANDUM AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF
THE 193RD AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 193,d Avenue corridor alignment was held before the
Elk River City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice
of the hearing was given; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the 193,d Avenue corridor alignment and those
matters presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be head on the
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE BE JT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
1\1innesota;
1. Terry J. l\faurer, City Engineer is hereby designed as Project Engineer for this improvement.
The Project Engineer is directed to prepare a project memorandum and plans and specifications
for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of the competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 20'" day of February, 2007.
