Introduction
This is in response to the request to see the Tiller Corporation Conditional Use Permit (CUP) prior to
approving the hour extension request.
Discussion
Due to the fact that the Tiller Corporation CUP has not been updated since 1994 and owners have
changed for some of the areas, Tiller Corp and I have been working on updates and are not ready to
present it to you this evening with the changes. Weather pennitting, Tiller Corp is still requesting to
extend their hours in mid-March with the understanding that the CUP will be updated to reflect the new
hours and another noise assessment will be completed 60 days after beginning the extended hours of
operation. Tiller and I are working diligently to update the CUP and plan to present it to the City Council
at the Monday, March 19, 2007 meeting. The CUP will reflect the changes and updates.

Staff is recommending approval of the applicant's request to extend their hours of operation with an
additional condition requiring them to conduct another noise assessment after 60 days of operation with
the understanding that this condition will be in the updated CUP to be presented at the City Council
meeting on Monday, March 19,2007.
