Terry Maurer has contacted Mn/DOT and has several tentative dates for the spring Mn/DOT tour.
Once the Council selects a date, plans can be made for the tour.
Discussion
Representatives from the St. Cloud and Brainerd offices of Mn/DOT are available on April 16, May 7,
and May 8 for a tour of the city's transportation system. Last year, Sherburne County Public Works
Director John Menter joined us on the tour, and we would like Sherburne County representatives to be a
part of the tour again this year. Because May 8'" is a Tuesday, that is one day that the county
representatives will not be able to participate in the tour. Also, once the date has been set, Terry Maurer
will contact the St. Paul Mn/DOT office to see if someone from the Commissioner's office is available
attend the tour.
