Dear Mr. Maurer:
This letter is written regarding the proposed alignment of 193rd Avenue along the north
line of the NE quarter or the SW quarter of section 26, township 33, Range 26, Sherburne
County, Mn. Our concerns are regarding mainly that portion between the Ulysses Street
alignment and Tyler Street.
We would like to discuss an alignment of193rd Avenue, between Ulysses and Tyler
Street where the south line of said alignment would be described as an arc commencing
at the western side of the Ulysses Street alignment and terminating at the NE comer of
NE quarter of the SW quarter of section 26, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County,
MN. Such alignment would be an arc with a cord of 561.04 feet with a rnid-ordinate of
33 feet. Sloping easements andlor retaining walls could be negotiated based on this
alignment.
