The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to work at Moe Therapeutic Massage located at
934 Highway 10.
Discussion
The applicant has submitted a completed application, required fees, and has cleared a background check
by the Police Department.
The applicant has not yet received her diploma or her ttanscript showing that she has completed 500
hours of coursework as required by the city. The applicant indicated she would submit her diploma and
transcript to the city by Tuesday, March 20, 2007.
