parking lot of Cub Foods.

Overview
The applicant is requesting a temporary greenhouse from April 24th to June 30th. The greenhouse
will be located in the same location as in 2006, in the parking lot in front of Cub Food. There were
no issues last year reported to the Ciry. The hours of operation will be Monday thru Sunday Sam to
Spm.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the General Planning Permit request for a temporary green house in
the parking lot of Cub Foods, as indicated on the plans dated received March 1, 2007, with the
following conditions:
1. No electrical services shall be across any drive or walking surface.
2. If traffic becomes a problem around the temporary site, the sales area shall be
delineated with a barrier to restrict traffic.
3. The greenhouse/garden center be maintained free of debris and kept in an orderly
condition.
4. The location obhe greenhouse is consistent with the submitted site plan.
5. The greenhouse and display area be removed by July 7,2007 (within one week obhe
end of the sales period) and the site be returned to its previous condition.

greenhouse in our parking lot for the sales of
plants and shrubs. The time period would be
approx. 10 weeks-April 23 to June 30th.
Hours of operation will be 8 am to 8 pm
Monday thru Sunday. 8 total employees to
run the greenhouse.
