Staff has received complaints regarding the apparent operation of a home occupation at 21850
Brook Road NW. The property appears to operate a business that either distributes or sells all-
terrain vehicles and boats. The large property also appears to house an all-terrain track. This
track, while not necessary in violation of the Ordinances of the City, would be if it is used for the
testing or display of a business enterprise.
