Introduction
Sportech has requested City appro'val of an administrative subdi~rision for their prev;.ously platted
property. Since the City may not approve an administrati\Te subdivision for pre,riously platted property,
Staff has been working with the applicant toward the proper process, which may result in a fonnal
rezoning and final plat revie\v.
Action Reauested
Ther Council is requested to continue the public hearing until.L<\.pri.l16, 2007. The Public Hearing may be
cancelled or held at that time.
