Introduction
At the Deerheld 3rd Addition assessment hearing, the issue of whether or not to include sidewalk
and if included, where to place it in the right of way, was continued.
Discussion
Staff has sent a mailing to all residents of Deerheld 3rd Addition with the revised assessment
notice, along with which a brief sidewalk survey was included. A copy of the sidewalk survey is
attached. This mailing was sent out on Friday, March 23rd, so most residents would have received
it by Monday, March 26th. Staff would suggest deferring the actual discussion to the April 9
worksession so that there is more time for surveys to be returned. On April 2nd, we will be able to
update the Council on the success of receiving returned sidewalks surveys and the general trend, if
any, on what they tell us.
