SPECIAL METING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, HENRY A. DUITSMAN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER,
hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City Council on Monday,
July 11, 1994, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk River City
Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the meeting is review a Surface Water Management
Ordinance, the Developer's Surface Watger Fee Policy, and the rates and
revenue projections for the surface water monthly utility fee.

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the City Clerk to post this
notice at least three days before the above-stated meeting date. I further
request the City Clerk to notify each member of the City Council, in writing,
at least one day before the meeting.
