Mr. Pat Klaers, City Administrator
Elk River City Council
City of Elk River
13065 Orono Road
Elk River, MN 55330
Dear Mr. Klaers:
Having constructed a new office complex, I was faced with the necessity of
the demolition or removal of the building at 317 Main Street, Elk River.
This remodeled building, with approximately 900 square feet of space, has
given me several years of fine service as an office building, housing The
Chuba Company and Edward D. Jones. Contemplating the decision of selling
the building to be moved elsewhere, I decided that I would like to see it
remain in Elk River.
As a resident and businessman of Elk River for many years, I am proud of
the continuing growth and beautification of our city and ask that you will
accept my contribution of the above described building to be used for what-
ever purpose you desire.
Your written acceptance of this offer would be appreciated by July IS, 1994.
