SUBJECT: LEASE AGREEMENTS
Lease agreements have been prepared by City Attorney Peter Beck outlining
the terms and conditions for the Boy Scouts of Elk River and the Elk River
Area Chamber of Commerce to utilize City property. The lease agreements
are rather lengthy and have not been included; however, if any of the City
Council members would like to review a copy, they are available at City Hall.
Peter Beck will be at the City Council meeting to answer any questions
regarding the lease agreements.
