SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License for Patrick
Bolles to sell ice cream novelties
INTRODUCTION
Patrick Bolles has made application for a transient merchant license to sell
ice cream novelties in the City of Elk River.

BACKGROUND
Patrick Bolles is requesting to sell ice cream novelties from a vending van
within the City of Elk River. Mr. Bolles has submitted the license fee and the
required background check has been approved by the Chief of Police.
REQUESTED ACTION
Council approval granting Mr. Dennis Bolles a transient merchant license to
allow the sale of ice cream novelties from a vending van in the City of Elk
River.
