Dear Sheila:
Due to current economic conditions, we are not planning on doing the improvements to the Prestigious
Woodland Hills 2nd plat at this time. [believe there is a one-year timeline for us to record the plat from the
time it was approved, which [believe was in May of 2006 and a recording date of May of2007.
We would respectfully request a one-year e"iension of this timeline to May of 2008. When the economic
conditions show a more favorable outlook, we would then execute the Developers Agreement, record the
plat and then do the improvements. The e"iension wonld benefit both the City and us so neither the City's
time or ours would be wasted in revisiting what was already agreed to.
