Presentation by RRT (formerly NRG)
Resource Recovery Technologies, lLC (RRT) purchased the Elk River Resource Recovery
facility located at 10700 165th Ave NW. The facility currendy holds an amended conditional
use permit and a solid waste license from the city covering its operations.
Representatives from RRT will be giving a brief presentation to the Council and presenting
the Council with a donation for the Energy Expo.
