RESOLUTION #07- 45
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all ClVlC groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $500 contribution from the David R. Marshall
[ioundation to be used by the Elk River Fire Department with the intent to purchase chain
saws, which will be placed on their grass fire trucks and used at grass fire incidents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
to acknowledge the support and commend the David R. Marshall Foundation for their
donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of April 2007.
