Dennis Anderson is requesting this agenda item be withdrawn until there is
further input from the Growth Management Committee concerning
commercial growth in the City of Elk River. Mr. Anderson wanted to
mention that withdrawing this request in no way implies that this proposal
is a "dead issue," however, he did feel the Growth Management Committee's
input is important. Once that input is received, this proposal may be brought
back before the Planning Commission.
If this proposal is brought back for review, the City will require that it be
readvertised and property owners notified prior to the Planning Commission
meeting.
