SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO
PLAT OF "ELK PARK CENTER"
The Surveyor that prepared the plat of Elk Park Center recently discovered a
typo had been made of the original plat recorded with Sherburne County.
The plat was recorded with a distance reading 69.40 feet. The correct
distance should have been 69.87 feet.
Since this error is merely a typo, the correction will have no impact on actual
field measurements or alter any lot dimensions.

To correct this error on the recorded plat, the City Council is requested to
approve a Certificate of Correction to Plat, whereby the document can be
recorded with Sherburne County and the appropriate changes will be made to
the plat of record.

CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT OF "ELK PARK CENTER", City Of Elk
River, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
I, the undersigned John O. Oliver, a Licensed Land Surveyor,
Minnesota License Number 8194, do hereby certify that I am the
surveyor who prepared the plat of ELK PARK CENTER, City of Elk
River, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which was recorded May 18, 1994
as Abstract Document Number 294907, in the office of the County
Recorder; and was recorded May 19, 1994 as Torrens Document Number
16611 in the office of the Registrar of Titles; both in and for
said Sherburne County.
I do hereby also certify that said plat is incorrect in that the
distance of 69.40 feet given along the westerly line of Lot 1,
Block 4, from the northwest corner of said lot south to the point
of curve, is wrong.
I do hereby also certify that the correct distance is 69.87 feet.
