Request by Randy Herrman of TNT Fireworks for Fireworks
Sales from Tent in Wal-Mart's Parking Lot
Action Requested
Council motion approving a temporary sales/storage of fireworks license to Randy Herrman, TNT
Fireworks, to allow the sale of fIreworks from June 22, 2007 through July 4, 2007 from a tent in the Wal-
Mart parking lot.
Background/Discussion
Mr. Herrman has submitted all the necessary application materials required for this license. A background
check was completed by the Police Department and the Fire Chief has reviewed the site plan.
The applicant also needs a general planning permit from the Planning Department in order to conduct his
sales from a tent in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
