Consider Transient Merchant License for Janet McCarty,
Mochas to Go, Inc.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a transient merchant license to Ms. McCarty to sell coffee services throughout
Elk River.
Background/Discussion
Janet McCarty will be operating a mobile coffee shop to be used for local deliveries, sporting events, and
other community events. Ms. McCarty will be responsible for receiving authorization from the various
organizations to conduct sales on their property.
Ms. McCarty has successfully cleared a Police Department background check.
