Carverwood Hills preliminary Plat was approved on May 1, 2006 for five residential lots. According to
Joe Huber, Carverwood Hills, "due to market restraints, the project is not feasible at this time."

Please accept this letter as a formal request for a I-year extension of the Carverwood
Hills Final Plat recording due on May 1, 2007. Due to market restraints, the project is not
feasible at this time.
