Staff recommends approval of Certificate of Correction for the Renner 2nd Addition.
Background/Discussion
The City Council is asked to approve a Surveyors Certificate of Correction. This is necessary to allow the
surveyor to correct minor errors in their plat, Renner 2nd Addition. These corrections address surveying
errors regarding distances and bearings, and do not noticeably alter the approved subdivision.

CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT OF RENNER SECOND ADDITION, City of Elk
River, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
I, the undersigned Kelly L. Jordan, a Licensed Land Surveyor, Minnesota License Number
42648, do hereby certify that I am the surveyor who prepared the plat of RENNER SECOND
ADDITION, City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which was recorded July 12,
2006, as Document No. 626328 in the office of the County Recorder.
That said plat contains errors, omissions, or defects in the following particulars, to-wit: Various
dimensions, as shO\vn on said plat, are incorrect.
That said plat is hereby corrected in the following particulars, to-wit: The incorrect dimensions
are lined out, and the correct dimensions are shown along side the incorrect ones, per attached
Exhibit A.
