Council motion appointing Rachel Leonard as the Sherburne County representative on the Energy City
Commission with Arne Engstrom serving as an alternate when Ms. Leonard in unable to attend meetings.
Back~round/Discussion
On April 2, 2007, the City Council appointed representatives to the various boards/commissions. The
Council held off appointing a Sherburne County representative to the Energy City Commission due to
the discrepancy on who the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners actually requested to be the
representative.
The Sherburne County Board is requesting Rachel Leonard as the primary representative to Energy City
with Arne Engstrom serving as the alternate representative.
