NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and Economic Development
Authority will be attending a tour of the Target Data Center on May 21, 2007, at 4:30 p.m., at the
Target Data Center, 14100 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River
City Council and Economic Development Authority members may attend the tour; however, they
will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council or Economic
Development Authority during the tour.
