Laura Fryberger is the new Festival Director with the Elk River Area Arts Alliance. Ms.
Fryberger would like to take a few minutes to present the Council with information
regarding the upcoming ArtSoup FestivaL

ages, June 23-24, in downtown Elk River and serving the communities of the Elk River Area Arts Alliance
and beyond. Nourish your creative soul with a menu of hot live music, theater, dance and other
performances on the Great River Energy Stage, artist sales booths, make-and-take activities for the
whole family in the ArtScape tent, a kid's arts activity book "treasure hunt", infamous ArtCars, a juried art
show, tasty fair food with flair, and arts attractions galorel Help support the festival by purchasing a
