Action Requested
Motion to approve a commercial kennel license to Laura Osman dba/Adventures in Pet Sitting, LLC
contingent upon successful completion of a kennel inspection and based upon approval of the
conditional use permit.
Background/Discussion
Laura Osman dba/Adventures in Pet Sitting, LLC has made application for a commercial kennel license
to be located at 10616 175'h Avenue NW. A conditional use permit is required for this license; therefore,
issuance of this license should be based upon approval of the conditional use permit.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials. The kennel inspection still needs to be
completed by the Police Department. Completion of the kennel inspection is required prior to issuance
of the license. Kennels are inspected on a yearly basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the
applicant is meeting the requirements of the ordinance relating to commercial kennels.
