The City Council is asked to approve an Excluded Bingo request from the Ladies Auxiliary Veterans of
Foreign Wars #5518.
Background/Discussion
Although this application is made to the State Gambling Board, the city must approve the application
prior to state approval. An excluded bingo license means that the applicant will hold no more than four
bingo events during the calendar year or in connection with a county fair or a civic celebration on 12 or
fewer consecutive days in a calendar year. This request is for the 4"' of July Celebration.
