Council Retreat
The last time we discussed a Council retreat at a Council meeting, the Council requested
more information on possible locations and the estimated cost for holding a meeting at a
local off-site facility.
The cost to rent a meeting room at the Holiday Inn in Otsego is around $100 including
refreshments. The Ramsey City Hall conference room is available for $107.
The cost for a facilitator varies depending upon the preparation work required, meeting
length, and qualifications of the facilitator. An average cost estimate is around $150 per
hour.
If the Council is interested in pursuing a retreat at this time, please add this item to the
agenda or let me know and I will add it to a future agenda.
