Council motion to approve the liquor licenses on the atrached list for 2007-2008.
Backiround/Discussion
Liquor licenses run from July 1 through June 30 with the exception of 2 A.M. licenses. The 2 A.M. license
runs for one year concurrent at the time of application and is handled by the State. All establishments
have submitted the appropriate documentation and licensing fees.
Items to note:

Hohday Gas Station, 13445 Business Center Drive-Discontinuing their license.
Elk River Bowl, 13161 Highway 10. Discontinued their license.
MP Convenience, 13374 Highway 10-Has not submitted any application materials for a 3.2 %
Off-Sale license or indicated either way whether they plan to renew it. If they do not turn in their
application materials, their license will expire June 30, 2007.
