Update from RJM Construction on YMCA project
Mr. Bob Jossart and Mr. Brian Recker from RJM Construction will be at the meeting to give
the Council a verbal update on the bidding process and timeline for the YMCA project. We
anticipate the first request for authorization to advertise for bids to come in front of the
Council on June 18. Prior to that, Mr. J ossart and Mr. Recker would like to provide more
information to the Council on how the bid process will work for this project since it is
slightly different than the process used on past projects.
