AND UTILITY EASEMENT BY
RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT, PUBLIC

These two applications are closely related to three other applications (land
use plan amendment, rezoning, preliminary plat) that will be presented to
the City Council on October 17, 1994. Because of the close relationship
between all five of these applications, staff is recommending that these two
items be brought forward at the same time as the three applications
mentioned above.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the easement vacation request by Riverside
Development be continued to the October 17, 1994, City Council meeting in
order to be considered at the same time as the land use plan amendment,
rezoning, and preliminary plat applications.
