After speaking with the Chief of Police, it was felt that the Council may want to consider conducting a speed study of all the residential streets in the surrounding area. This would allow the City to possibly lower the speed limits on all of the residential street in the area at one time. ACTION RECOMMENDED Council motion to postpone immediate action on the speed limit reduction of Lander Street until further study can be done of all existing residential streets in the surrounding area. *5.4. Consider Cillarette License for SunerAmerica A license application to sell cigarettes at retail has been submitted to the City of Elk River for the new SuperAmerica Store located at 1154 193rd Ave. ACTION RECOMMENDED Council motion to approve a cigarette license for SuperAmerica at 11554 193rd Ave. NW, Elk River, MN. . Consider Exemntion for Lawful Gamblinll License for Proner Economic Resource Manallement The organization of Proper Economic Resource Management has made application for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License. The Exemption will allow this nonprofit organization to hold a raffle at Broadway Bar and Pizza on May 2, 1995.
