SUBJECT: UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING
.
Since our meeting on 10/17/94, I have been advised that the Riverfront
Corridor Committee that has recently been established is scheduled to meet
on Thursday, November 10, at 6:30 p.m. This is the same evening that the
Council is scheduled to meet with the Utilities Commission. Commissioner
Tralle is the Chair of the Riverfront Corridor Committee and Mayor
Duitsman is planning on attending these committee meetings. Accordingly,
it is appropriate for the Council to consider canceling the planned 11/10
Council and Utilities meeting (after the Board of Canvass meeting) and to
schedule a joint meeting with the Utilities Commission on Monday,
November 14, 1994. Please note that the EDA meeting for November 14 has
been rescheduled to Tuesday, 11/15/94.
