SUBJECT: Application for Retail License to sell non-
intoxicating malt liquor off premises at Super America.
Introduction
Super America has made application to sell non-intoxicating malt liquor off-sale at their
new location on 193rd Avenue.
The City has received the license application and the fee, and the background check has
been cleared by the Police Department.

Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Council move to approve the off-sale
non-intoxicating mah liquor license, for the Super America Store located at 11554 193rd
Avenue, store number 4470.
