Prepared by Bill Maertz, Park and Recreation Director Reviewed by Lori ohnson, Ci Administraror Reviewed by Item Description Authorize Bid Packages for YMCA Project Action Requested Approve bid advertisement for bid package 1 for precast and structural steel. Background/Discussion On June 11, RJM construction presented to the City Council their plan of the bidding of the YMCA project. As outlined in thar plan, RJM Construction is requesting approval ro advertise for bid package 1 for precast and structural steel. These are long lead time items that need to be bid out early in order to avoid construction delays. Financial Impact None. There are no financial impacts until actual bid award. Attachments .
