SUBJECT: Request by City of Elk River for Conditional Use Permit for
YMCA, Case No. CU 07-14 - Public Hearing - Request to
Continue to July 16, 2007
After receiving comment from the Planning Commission regarding the building materials and
final architectural plans, the YMCA has requested the City Council review be postponed until July
16, 2007. Because the public hearing was advertised for June 18, the City Council is asked
continue the public hearing to July 16th. A formal presentation will take place at that meeting.
