SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL

I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular business.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be attending the Second
Annual Pinewood Open on June 19,2007, beginning at 3 p.m., at Pinewood Golf Course, 18150
Waco Street Northwest, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may attend
the tournament; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City
Council during the tournament.

of Lake Orono on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. The tour will begin from the Orono Park boat
landing. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may attend the boat tour; however, they will not
convene a City Council meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council on the boat tout.

Council will attend the educational seminar; however, they will not convene a City Council meeting,
and no action will be taken by the City Council at the conference.
