Ell{ **ITEM 5.5.** MEMORANDUM Mayor and City Council FROM: Sandy Thackeray, City Clerk DATE: December 14, 1994 SUBJECT: Ordinance Amendment to section 218.06 of the City Code pertaining to Vacation and Rate of Accumulation INTRODUCTION On December 12, 1994, the City Council voted to amend the vacation schedule for City employees. The amendment reflects the same schedule that was adopted in the 1995-96 Police Union Contract. . This amendment must officially be made by amending the City ordinance. Attached to this memo is a copy of the proposed amendment to the City's ordinance relating to vacation and rate of accumulation. This amendment will become effective January 1, 1995.
