SUBJECT: Exemption from Lawful Gambling
License Request by Elk River Jaycees
INTRODUCTION
The Elk River Jaycees have made application for an Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License. The license will allow the Jaycees to hold a raffle on
January 29,1995.

The Elk River Jaycees are a nonprofit organization. This type of license
receives final approval from the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control
Board.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve an Exemption from Charitable Gambling License for the
Elk River Jaycees to allow the operation of pull tabs on January 29, 1995.
