SUBJECT: AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE
SCREENING AND LANDSCAPING
ORDINANCE (SECTION 900.30),
PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. OA 94-05

Staff is attempting to send this item back to the Planning Commission for
further discussion. During the last review of this item before the City
Council, comments were made regarding changes in the proposed ordinance.
In order for discussion to occur at the Planning Commission, staff would be
interested in learning about the concerns regarding the proposed ordinance.
Staff is asking if there are any comments in regard to this item, they be
presented so they can be included in the packet for the December 27, 1994
Planning Commission meeting. A recommendation about those items would
also help in the discussion with the Planning Commission.
