INTRODUCTION
~he City of Elk River was requesting to amend the land use plan map from
LI (Light Industrial) to MR (Medium Residential). After further research, it
was discovered that this request was already approved as part of a much
larger request. Because this item was a component of another item, it was
previously overlooked by staff.
RECOMMENDATION

Staff is requesting that this application be withdrawn. Council action is not
required for this item.
