REQUESTED ACTION
At last month's Planning Commission meeting, Country Ridge Partnership
requested that their applications be tabled for one month to allow time for
staff and the developers to consider land use options and development
scenarios under the business park zoning district. Further discussion on this
issue will be brought up later on tonight's agenda.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council table the land use plan amendment
and rezoning application by Country Ridge Partnership until the December
19, 1994 City Council meeting.
