As the November 21, 1994, City Council meeting represents the next regularly scheduled public meeting that will appear on cable, it is appropriate for the Councilmembers to remember to speak clearly and directly into the microphones. An internal review of the electronic studio boards is also underway to make sure that they are set up correctly. . Adjusting these minor problems will go a long way in improving Elk River's meetings on the cable system. - P.O.
