RE: COUNTY ROAD 12/13 DRAINAGE PROJECT
Dear Mr. Klaers:
I would just like to follow-up with you on two recent telephone conversations I have had
concerning the storm drainage project in the County Road 12/13 area. In talking with Greg
Korstad from Larkin Hoffman, he indicated that the permit from Sherburne County to
discharge into County Ditch 10 would likely be available by the first of the year. He is
currently putting the final touches on the petition to be submitted to the County for action.
I have relayed this information to Dave Perkins Contracting, the low bidder for this project.
Mr. Perkins indicated that would fit into his schedule. He would anticipate mobilizing to
the site in the spring of 1995, prior to weight restrictions being placed, and beginning
construction as quickly as weather would permit.
